The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
If you have any issues with your purchase, please refer it back to Us. You must take a proof of purchase with you to Us for assessment. The costs of transporting the product to Us for warranty service is the responsibility of the purchaser.
WHAT IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR RECEIPT?
We shall accept a bank statement that shows your transaction as proof of purchase.
ESCAPEFOUR PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY
Products sold by EscapefouR have limited warranty (1-12 months as applicable to the product and as outlined on the product page) from the date of original retail purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. EscapefouR, at its option, will repair the product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement of the product or any component of the product will be made only if repair is no more workable. If replacement needs to be made, the cost of the product or any component of the product is the responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Please keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. The warranty is valid only for products that are purchased new and unused from EscapefouR.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATONS
This warranty does not cover normal wear of product and/or parts, parts that are not genuine, consumables, lost parts and accessories, or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product; commercial use of the product; use contrary to the operating instructions; disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than EscapefouR service centre. Further, the warranty does not cover acts of nature, such as fire, flood, and natural disasters. Warranty void if damage to the product results from the use of a part other than a genuine part.
Subject to the warranty terms by EscapefouR, you must pay for the costs of transporting the product, including packaging, freight and insurance costs, to EscapefouR store for warranty service. If the warranty claim is substantiated and accepted by EscapefouR, EscapefouR will at its cost, repair any product or parts and return the product to you. EscapefouR reserves the right to seek reimbursement for any costs and expenses incurred for a warranty claim if the product is found to be in good working order.
